You will learn who to contact, when to contact them, workout options available to you, foreclosure timelines, the benefits and pitfalls of bankruptcy and how it effects your loan and what help is available to you. After attending you may find you are knowledgeable enough to negotiate with your lender on your own or you may want to seek a housing counselor for individual counseling.
